SEO change

• Toolify365 tool detail breadcrumbs previously always displayed English category names in every locale, including /ja pages.
• Add centralized categoryLabel(category, locale) with Japanese translations for all eight category types and English fallback.
• Use the same function for both visible breadcrumbs (ToolFrame) and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD (tool detail page), keeping them consistent.
• Add Vitest coverage for all eight categories, Japanese labels, and English fallback.

• Source files were updated on this branch; test execution is not yet confirmed.
• Local check: cd site && npx vitest run src/lib/tools/categories.test.ts
