The Lighthouse step was marked
continue-on-error: true, allowing CI to succeed despite SEO/performance/accessibility assertion failures. Now that the monitored tool URL has been corrected to an indexable tool and the latest full Lighthouse run passed all assertions, remove the bypass to surface future regressions in PR checks. This changes CI only; no app runtime code. We will verify the full job before merge.
