Scope

• Adds two relevant internal app recommendations to each of the three highest-acquisition app support pages (Debate Me, Tappitsu Battle, FutureMe).
• Translates related-app heading into 17 existing locale dictionaries, preserving the page's existing language switch and Arabic RTL handling.
• Uses existing GA4 page tracking to send a separate, non-PII related_app_click event with source/target app slugs. Retains the existing download_click handler with no duplicate firing.
• Updates sitemap.xml lastmod for the five source-modified pages only; leaves total URL count 319 unchanged.

Local static checks

• Each page: 17 translation keys, two unique non-self links, one related_app_click and one download_click listener, existing GA4 measurement ID retained.
• Sitemap: all five exact URLs have 2026-11-05 lastmod; 319 entries retained.

Source changes only. No GitHub Actions or external posting. Requires browser smoke, localized text review, real GA4 DebugView, production publication verification and post-release attribution; this PR does not claim increased installs or live deployment.
