Rendering check (Playwright, en/ja/ar × 390px/1366px) showed the featured Tappitsu Battle card fell back to English in 16 languages (APP_DESC only had ja), and its card icon was a 1024px/1.7MB PNG displayed at 56px. Adds TAPPITSU_DESC (same pattern as FutureMe) and resizes icons/tappitsu-battle.png to 224px (only referenced by the homepage card). build_catalog --check passes; node tests 52/52.
