Roller users get the same capture and restore behavior. New installs now require DSH >=0.2.0-rc.2 and Cordis >=4.0.4; the published package version becomes 0.1.4.

Changes

  • Remove the unpublished dsh-code-runtime development dependency and pin the committed development graph to DSH 0.2.0-rc.2.
  • Supply the DSH testkit working-directory fixture in both integration harnesses when that version exports it.
  • Test the committed rc.2 lockfile and a fresh, uniform alpha.2 graph in CI and before release. Cordis family pins for the alpha leg come from the tested DSH CLI and app-boot manifests.
  • Update peer floors, the tested-version list, README, and changelog. Production source under packages/roller/src is unchanged.

Gate

  • pnpm gate:docker (DSH 0.2.0-rc.2): 15/15 tests, peer check clean, 280 DSH package records, gate: PASS.
  • DSH_TEST_VERSION=0.2.1-alpha.2 pnpm gate:docker: 15/15 tests, peer check clean, 291 DSH package records, gate: PASS.
  • git diff --check: pass.

No known uncertainty. The release/tag step stays with operations after review.

## Consequence analysis

This is a contributor-instruction change, not a product/runtime change.
Intended behavior: every future code, test, test-oracle, configuration,
installation, documentation and diagnostic change starts with explicit
edge-case/consequence analysis, uses the smallest sufficient
implementation, establishes a defect's cause, preserves behavior and
evidence, and obtains review/CI at the exact proposed head before
adoption. Existing roller architecture, published-package requirements,
verifier gates, no-fake-completion rule, work-item branches, PR titles
and squash-only merge authority remain unchanged. Handoffs gain
consequence analysis as the opening part.

RCA: roller's root agreement does not yet record the owner's standing
2026-09-30 rule already present in the plugin repository. There is no
runtime defect to repair. KISS: copy the applicable authoritative
sections rather than inventing another process or abstraction. No added
state, dependency, transport, process, permission, installation setting
or test oracle.

Runtime empty/populated journals, boundary races, cancellation,
partial/uncertain mutation outcomes, duplicate/stale events, shutdown,
reconnect, active/idle messaging and recovery are inapplicable to this
delta: no executable, manifest, lockfile, config or test changes. The
copied rule explicitly requires their analysis whenever a future change
affects them. Workflow edge cases are applicable: later pushed
corrections invalidate earlier head-specific review; review-bot
absence/pending findings cannot become PASS; all summary concerns,
inline comments and nitpicks must be addressed or independently refuted;
CI alone does not replace review; merges must be pinned to the reviewed
head. Existing stronger architect acceptance and squash-only rules still
apply.

User-visible roller behavior, installed versions and native evidence are
unchanged. Cost is the documented analysis/review obligation for
contributors; no functionality is removed. No host-install or profile
changes. The architect independently reviewed this analysis before
adoption; this PR remains a proposal pending implementation
verification, exact-head bot review and CI.

## Changes and provenance

- Only `AGENTS.md`: copy the owner quote, mandatory analysis, KISS, RCA,
preservation/proof and scope/coordination/truthful-completion sections
verbatim from [plugin AGENTS.md at
75f8d65246967f023598eda41f353025ab9945a4](https://github.com/sessionbus/sessionbus-dsh/blob/75f8d65246967f023598eda41f353025ab9945a4/AGENTS.md).
- Exclude the implementation-language section: it is outside W-112 and
would introduce an unrelated runtime/language decision.
- Change the existing handoff description from three parts to four, with
consequence analysis first. All remaining prior content is
byte-identical.
- No adaptations to copied references to repositories/plugins or other
copied wording; no version change.

## Verification

Compared the copied block byte-for-byte with the pinned plugin source
and reconstructed the previous agreement by removing that block and
reversing only the handoff-opening edit. Both checks pass. `git diff
--check` passes; `git diff --stat`:

```
 AGENTS.md | 50 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++---
 1 file changed, 47 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-)
```

Local `pnpm gate`:

```
Tests  15 passed (15)
gate: DSH versions passed (280 packages at 0.2.0-rc.2; 6 peers >=0.2.0-rc.2; tested 0.2.0-rc.2, 0.2.1-alpha.2)
gate: import lint passed (24 source files; 450 production lines; 243 restore lines)
gate: PASS — typecheck, build, lint, tests, peers, DSH versions, import lint
```

Both hosted container legs passed 15/15 at head
`d1ac85878266390a3dad7287da8a7e92d2db90ab`: rc.2 has 280 uniform DSH
records, alpha.2 has 291. [CI
run](https://github.com/antst/roller/actions/runs/38092958466) completed
successfully; its `head_sha` was independently checked against `git
rev-parse HEAD`.

The architect confirmed that no review bot is configured on this
repository (also none on PR #14); that is a fact, not a review PASS, and
no integration is being enabled. The copied bot-head rule applies when a
bot exists. For this PR, exact-head evidence is both hosted DSH legs
plus the architect's verifier. No merge or release is requested without
the architect's acceptance and those head-specific checks.
