[Suggesstion] add a clang format file for easier contribution time.

clang-format if you don't know already is an awesome tool for formatting C++ files to ensure consistency.

Formatting manually is annoying, and it is even worse when time is wasted in pull requessts discussing to fix formatting manually as that is wasted time and formatting is easily automated.

If you are open to the idea of it then I can try and make a clang format file that preserves most of the codebase formatting

I'm a bit wary about fully automated formatting, but having a file that gives the means for others to easily format what they contribute would certainly be helpful.

If you want to provide one I'd be happy to have a look at it.

Maybe the .editorconfig can also be added, too, if unified code style for contribution is essential. .editorconfig can unify the character set.
If I remember correctly, when I was submitting the patch for initial support of variadic function, my Visual Studio had problem opening some files related to string test. The error message said that it contains character encodings that cannot be read in my locale.
In addition, indentation & line ending can be controlled by .editorconfig. But it seems that clang-format can handle this too.
