f3cd85d5d435fb3093ad3c027f6788923aa802e7. Move the shared Renovate preset fromv1.0.0to the component tagworkflows-v2.0.0.Add a Simplified Chinese root README and reciprocal language navigation. The translation preserves the existing installation, JSON/MyBatis contracts, Chrome lifecycle guidance, and development entry points.
Validation: reviewed the complete branch diff and both README files; relative links and
git diff --checkpass. actionlint 1.7.12 reports only the pre-existing unsupportedconcurrency.queuefield. Maven and real Chrome checks are required before merge.
