Prepare Kit 3.0.3 with the shared Maven parent 1.2.0. Main, sources and Javadoc JARs now carry the complete Apache-2.0 license; all four modules use the same release version. This also integrates the verified Java setup action update and standardized source notices from dev.
The release range since v3.0.2 includes the already integrated Chrome ATTACH startup timeout adjustment from 3 to 60 seconds, readiness diagnostics, dependency updates and strengthened browser verification. Public Java signatures and JPMS declarations remain compatible.
Validation: Maven 3.9.16 / JDK 25
-Prelease -Dgpg.skip=true clean verifypassed all 38 tests, including a real Chrome startup and interaction test with zero skips. All 12 main/sources/Javadoc JARs contain a byte-identical project license; main JAR Maven and JPMS versions are 3.0.3.Merge this long-lived dev branch with a merge commit. Publish v3.0.3 only after the merged main commit passes its complete CI.
