Retain p256 0.13.2, which matches the key types supported by jwt-compact.
Ignore only p256 versions >=0.14, <0.15 in Dependabot. Updates for jwt-compact remain enabled.
Follow-up: #23 tracks upgrading compatible dependencies together and removing the ignore.
