This will end up being shared across the motors as well - I suspect we will drain this buffer in the main flight loop and expose a callback function filtered by ID - coordinate with jacob here...

- we can frankenstein the firmware to use pieces of the generated code from stm32cubemx
- add generated stm32cubemx files to gitignore, since they can be regenerated using just the .ioc file and stm32CubeMX
