I'm an IT professional with 6+ years of experience across Digital Transformation, Infrastructure Management and ERP Systems. I lead large-scale IT operations, build custom business solutions (ERP / HRMS / CRM), and automate complex workflows so that teams stop doing work a machine can do.
I work at the intersection of two worlds: the server room and the boardroom. One day that means Active Directory, Proxmox and MikroTik; the next it means a Laravel ERP module or an n8n automation that saves ten hours a week.

Leading end-to-end IT, network and system operations across Khilafat Cola and group entities. Planned, deployed and managed on-prem and virtualized server environments (Windows Server + Linux) from provisioning to production rollout. Designed and administrated Active Directory, file servers, Group Policies and centralized access control. Implemented DNS, DHCP, VPN/RRAS, print services and application servers, plus Elastic VoIP PBX across multiple locations.
Architected and is currently developing a custom ERP with integrated HRMS, and designed Zenora — the group's IT Operations & Asset Management platform. Led new office IT deployments including server setup, network design, P2P connectivity, security hardening and full documentation.

Built Power BI dashboards for data visualization and decision-making, and developed an HRMS in PHP/Laravel Filament with ZK Biometric integration for attendance tracking. Developed the WordPress website with custom themes and plugins and performance optimization. Oversaw network infrastructure — routers, switches and load balancers — plus user administration, backup & DR and SQL reporting.
