Curated add-on metadata needs reproducible review and immutable distribution. This adds public catalog entries/schema, a shared-contract static archive/provenance validator, deterministic generation, revision/history checks, and a reviewed-main publication workflow for versioned artifacts. Validation never executes plugin JS.
Deliverable 6. The desktop catalog/download reader is part of the native manager foundation. Contract tests cover revision rollback, immutable source/release history, exact install links, and release-asset authorities. The generator validates the empty revision-1 seed and round-trips its schema.
Draft: no example release URLs are invented. The first populated catalog requires reviewed source commits and published immutable example assets. Website pinning and live website-to-desktop digest verification depend on that publication. Blocked withdrawals retain their accepted source and release history.
