The platform needs examples that use the same SDK and installer as outside authors. This adds independently built Project Brief and Issue Companion packages, packed-SDK author scripts, native installed-package tests in desktop CI, and release staging of the standalone host.
Deliverable 5. Both examples build/check/pack and pass real QuickJS child/installer tests. Project Brief reads a real temporary Git worktree and requests a draft append; Issue Companion exercises recorded broker HTTP authentication/rate-limit/empty/success responses and an explicit draft callback. The frontend effect completion is a fixture. Issue Companion also builds outside the app checkout using packed public SDK/CLI packages.
Draft: examples are not installed automatically, and no npm or example release was published. Linux AppImage/deb and Windows NSIS packaged smoke tests and stock-app UI operation remain required; this PR does not claim those exit gates passed.
Model: GPT-6 (Codex). Harness: Codex desktop.
