CodeMux needs separately distributed feature plugins without evaluating their code in the main renderer. This first deliverable adds strict package/protocol contracts, atomic validation of Remote DOM trees, an independent pinned QuickJS host, and the public SDK/author CLI.
Native Linux process tests cover loops, endless promise jobs, stack overflow, allocation failure, stale generations, framing, EOF and absent ambient globals. A production-host test exercises Preact JSX, Remote DOM callbacks, an asynchronous scoped broker request, and UI updates. A starter built and packed outside the app checkout with local SDK/CLI tarballs. Frontend type checking and focused standalone tests pass.
This is a draft foundation PR, not the complete platform or a release claim. Windows GNU CI is included; Windows execution, native desktop broker/composer integration, installer/lifecycle, examples, catalog, website and packaged acceptance gates remain pending. See docs/addons/IMPLEMENTATION.md and the preserved 14-chapter specification.
