Brain Exercise App visitors need a simple way to choose a first session and keep comparable result notes. This adds a standalone public practice kit: a short-session planner, eight plain-English exercise guides, a browser-local manual journal, CSV exports, and an offline HTML version using BEAPP brand assets.
The kit is maintained independently from the private application. It has no runtime dependencies or analytics. Exercise links open the official BEAPP site; journal entries stay in browser storage.
Validation: npm run check and npm test passed (5 tests). Browser checks confirmed focus/time changes, journal persistence after reload, loaded brand assets, and no horizontal overflow at a 390px viewport. All 13 official links returned HTTP 200.
