To integrate with the upcoming CI environment #49, use a free CDN to host the production builds of the front end assets. Other than easy integration with CI, it'll provide faster load times and provide better decoupling of the API from the SPA
CloudFlare is one such service and provides "always online" mode by caching even the HTML if the server is ever down. https://www.cloudflare.com/features-cdn/
