Description

This adds Umbriel and XDG Desktop Portal Umbriel packages, as requested within the Noctalia Discord server. Umbriel is a Wayland compositor that's part of the Noctalia family.

I included both in a single commit / PR because XDG Desktop Portal Umbriel is required to get full functionality from Umbriel, and is not useful outside of Umbriel.

Testing

Build tested using void-glibc-full container using the following commands:

"$VOID_PACKAGES/xbps-src" -H "./repo" pkg "umbriel"
"$VOID_PACKAGES/xbps-src" -H "./repo" pkg "xdg-desktop-portal-umbriel"
