An ImageJ plugin for labeling cells and exporting annotations, developed in the Cellular Mechanobiology Lab at Old Dominion University.
Run: Requires ImageJ 1.x and a JDK. Copy Cell_Annotator.java into ImageJ's plugins folder, choose Plugins > Compile and Run..., select the file, then select the Cell Annotator toolbar icon.
Functions: Numbered cell labels, undo, CSV coordinate/count export, ROI image crops, and session save/load. Left-click labels; right-click or Caps Lock uses label 2; Ctrl+Z undoes. Double-click the toolbar icon to reopen controls.
