Main changes:

Hyp2f1():

• optional dependency cfsem implemented
• physics_tools.electrons.emission.get_xray_thin_d2cross_ei_integrated_thetae_dphi(source='cfsem') implemented
  • uses cfsem.hyp2f1()
    • parallelized RUST
    • uses an allocation-free polyalgorithm, for all-complex input arguments
    • see https://github.com/cfs-energy/cfsem-py/blob/release/src/math/hyp2f1.rs for implementation details
• For a realistic case with not-too-big numpy arrays, the wrapping tofu routine is now approximately ~500 times faster than looping over the mpmath equivalent, wit identical results

PBS jobs:

• tofu/physics_tools/electrons/emission/_pbs_d2cross.py: introduced the possibility of user-setting nthetae and ndphi
• tofu/physics_tools/electrons/emission/_xray_thin_target_integrated.py the default values from nthetae and ndphi are now derived from theta_ph for better sampling consistency
