fix(deps): clear the new RustSec advisories - #20

Update pulldown-cmark 0.13.5 -> 0.13.6 for RUSTSEC-2026-0433 (quadratic parsing with ENABLE_WIKILINKS). Except RUSTSEC-2026-0429 (zip extract() aborts on a symlink entry with a large declared size) with the same reachability check as the existing zip entries: no ZipArchive::extract() call exists in this tree or in the transitive office_oxide/pdf_oxide crates; PPTX reads entries by name in memory and the Windows updater copies entries manually with symlinks refused. Only a major 3->9 migration closes it. Verified: cargo deny check advisories licenses bans sources.

cargo deny check advisories licenses bans sources— advisories ok, bans ok, licenses ok, sources ok.cargo update -p pulldown-cmark --precise 0.13.6— lockfile only.cargo check -p chutes-build --lockedcompiles the updated pulldown-cmark; the local build then stops inchutes-tools-apion a pre-existing Windows protoc execution problem (protoc.exe, os error 193), unrelated to this change. CI runs the full gate on Linux.Commands and results:
