Bug: Navbar blocks flashcards page

Issue

In the Flashcards page, the bottom navbar covers the buttons/content while scrolling down.

Expected

• Hide navbar when scrolling down
• Show navbar when scrolling up

Solution

Implement scroll-based navbar visibility for better screen space and usability.
