Change

The live filing matrix (RUN_FILING_MATRIX=1) stopped on its existing-case scenario when run against staging after #304–#310:

  • Case lookup holds its court in #court, but selectGuidedCourt waited for Confirm information's #court_code. The helper now takes the select's ID.
  • An existing case's People screen asks which recorded court party the filing is for (Preserve existing-case parties through fees and submission #299), not the filer's own role. The matrix now chooses the first recorded party there.

Test-only; no app code changes.

Validation

Against litefile-staging.fly.dev on release v83 (merged main, 36c81bc):

  • Illinois new case (Adams adoption complaint): filed.
  • Illinois existing case (Sangamon small claims): lookup, confirmation, case filing types, filing for a recorded party, fees and submission all completed.
  • Massachusetts and Vermont could not be run: Tyler's massachusetts-stage and vermont-stage EFM services answered 503 Service Unavailable, both directly and through the EFSP proxy.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Case lookup writes its guided court answer into #court rather than
Confirm information's #court_code, and an existing case's People screen
asks which recorded party the filing is for instead of the filer's role.
Both stopped the existing-case scenario on staging after #304-#310.
