Change
Existing-case filers proceed from Confirm to court lookup without category, case-type, filing-type, or extra-party questions. Case number entry happens on lookup. Confirm ignores premature classification submissions and cannot overwrite the court-owned identity of an existing case. New-case choices remain available when the filer switches paths.
Part 4 of the core stack for #300, #196, and #291. Depends on #306; base:
ux/03-confirmation-ux. Court-party import behavior stays with the existing import service. Massachusetts inference follows in the next PR.Validation
48 focused case-confirmation, path-change, and detour tests passed. Full Python and JavaScript suites and pre-push checks passed.
