Show amount in controversy on final review

The final Review screen omitted the amount in controversy because it is saved separately from supplemental case answers. Show the saved amount as dollars in the existing Case questions card, including when it is the only answer, with the existing Edit link to change it and return to Review.

Reviewed for clarity and kept the implementation in the template, reusing the existing edit flow and currency formatting.

Fixes #156.

Validation:

• 32 tests passed across the review/submission and amount-in-controversy test modules, including display with and without supplemental answers, omission when empty, and saving an edited amount back to Review.
• Ruff lint, changed-file formatting, template formatting/lint, type checks, and git diff --check passed.
• Required pre-push checks passed, including the full Python and JavaScript test suites, security scan, and migration check.
