Pull contributors into the website

Automatically get commit authors, issue creators, and [coauthors](https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/how-tos/commit-changes/creating-a-commit-with-multiple-authors) (as a way to include people who don't have GitHub accounts) from our repos and add them to the [Contributors page](https://assemblyline.suffolklitlab.org/docs/contributors).
