Enable the engineering skills to use this repository's issue and domain rules from both Claude and Codex.

Workflow: setup-matt-pocock-skills -> writing-for-agents -> deterministic configuration read-back -> repository gate. Refs market-ontology#387 — give each active repository one shared engineering-skill configuration.

Closing without merging. The loop is rolling out first to the 10 most active repositories, which already have this setup (Subconscious-ai/market-ontology#387). Greptile also showed that the causl-kb template needs tailoring to this repository's issue rules and domain docs. When this repository adopts the loop, run /setup-matt-pocock-skills here so the configuration matches its own rules.

Dismissed because a newer commit was pushed; Greptile will re-review the current head.
