Pauses the program for a set time

Syntax:

pause(milliseconds, allowEdits)

Where:

milliseconds is an integer representing the length of pause.
allowEdits is a boolean value. True means that pressing Esc during the pause closes the program. (This is the default)

eg.
pause(2000, False)
