…r, read only from a full build, and re-read once after a rebuild On the 7 Oct 2026 LastDay delta, 19 liquidations, 7 dissolutions and a merger were recorded as in progress on records still ACTIVE and ISSUED, so no material field moved and the watchlist called them churn. The mirror's detail now keeps every event the CSV carries (type, status, group, UTC dates, validation documents and reference); the store serves them as the live API's entity.eventGroups; and corporate_events is a material fact. Address and other-name events are excluded; every other type, including future ones, counts. Only a full build may claim events (meta.detail_events, set by the build script, read as EntityStore.carries_events); on an older file the fact is absent rather than None, so the rebuild cannot look like a new event on every watched LEI. A baseline from before events reports only those GLEIF recorded after its watermark (the since-rule). The material decision is taken on the diff, not a digest of the projection. A rebuilt file never passes through the delta hook, so the worker re-reads every watch once per built_at (resync_after_rebuild, gleif_resyncs); its entries say the mirror was rebuilt rather than claiming a delta. Feed and page word events as sentences and headline them as 'legal entity event recorded'.
