Description
Adds a toggle that makes the Mirror Canvas Camera behaviour apply to other instances of SDMM, provided each of them has both Mirror Canvas Camera and the new preference toggled.
This seems like a relatively easy way to add a QoL feature for those comparing similar maps from different codebases for porting etc.
I also fixed the oversight that z-levels weren't considered by Mirror Canvas Camera.
This just uses a shared text file in the StrongDMM directory to communicate between running apps instead of any kind of actual IPC. Not tested on Linux yet.
