Ports the draft hackios-xnu-userland#14 here after the move into one repository, through the redwood to hakios rename: var_store keeps /private/var on the second virtio disk under AVF, with periodic and SIGTERM saves. It is inert without var_store=1. The draft's prebuilt binary is left out because it was built from pre-rename source; source builds compile var_store.

Tested on QEMU before the move. Still untested: loading back on a second boot, the SIGTERM save, and the phone.

…k), periodic and SIGTERM saves

hackios-xnu-userland#14 (a draft) brought into this repository after the move, through the
rename: var_store keeps /private/var on /dev/rufs_darwin on the phone and otherwise on the second
virtio disk, /dev/rrvblk1 (all of it, two slots); `watch` saves every var_store_every=SECS seconds
and once more on SIGTERM, through a sigaction trampoline of its own (libmini has no signals); the
job gets ExitTimeOut 60. Without var_store=1 nothing changes: the job ends at once, as before.
The prebuilt var_store of the draft is left out: it was built from the names before the rename,
and a build from source makes it.

For Scion's install 2: disk.1=var.img (sparse, 512 MB), disk.1.writable=true, and params
var_store=1 virtio_blk_rw=1 var_store_every=300.

Tested on QEMU before the move (first boot: no store yet, the watcher, a save into slot 0).
Not yet: a second boot loading the store back, the SIGTERM save, the phone.
