Document Project → settings gear → Change scene, including nested and legacy scene files, saving pending edits, per-scene environments, play restrictions, and failure diagnostics. Clarify that reopening a project still uses its main scene.

Validation: lint with zero warnings, production build, TypeScript, npm audit (zero vulnerabilities), documentation checks, and exported link/anchor checks all passed.

Implementation: Rustic-Game-Engine/engine#44

The Project panel now has a settings gear at the top right. Its **Change
scene** submenu lists project scenes, including nested `.scene` and
legacy `.rscene` files, and highlights the active scene. Selecting
another scene saves pending edits, loads its objects, script
attachments, and environment, clears selection/history and refreshes the
viewport. Loading or saving errors leave the current document intact.
Switching is disabled during play and runtime-change review.

External-file reloads now reopen the active scene rather than always
loading main. Startup selection on reopening a project is unchanged.

Validation: 66 tests passed across `engine-editor` and `rustic-editor`,
including mouse clicks through the nested menu, scene/environment round
trips, read-only access, failed load/save preservation, and selecting
the current file through a path alias. `cargo fmt --all --check`,
targeted Clippy with warnings denied, and `git diff --check` passed. The
Windows installer build and packaged-setup checks passed, producing
`RusticGameEngine-Setup-0.1.0-x64-20261021-075728.exe` ([download
artifact](https://github.com/Rustic-Game-Engine/engine/actions/runs/39563576199/artifacts/12329537705)).
Full Linux and Windows CI passed, including rendering checks, all-target
checks, and application smoke tests. Windows passed on retry after an
existing Java adapter callback exceeded its three-second timeout on the
first attempt. The new scene-switching and alias-preservation tests
passed on Windows in both attempts.
