Escape the pipe in the --geo-answer-entity option.
The | in name[=alias1|alias2] creates an extra table cell. The rendered CLI reference then places part of the option value in the wrong column. Escape the pipe as name[=alias1\|alias2].

Aviary's growing GEO/report surface had inconsistent sparse-data exports, source/rendered text measurements and release documentation. This change corrects those behaviors, preserves unknown/incomplete evidence, and prepares 0.2.1 with reviewed CLI, SDK, API, MCP and native packages.
The README is reduced from 1,235 to 96 lines. Eight obsolete or overlapping status/evidence documents are replaced by one release guide and one GEO validation guide; CLI/SDK references remain complete. Duplicate API sections and unsupported accuracy percentages are removed. All 390 CLI switches and package documentation links remain covered.
CI uses Node 22 and pinned Ubuntu 24.04, cancels superseded branch runs and preserves all 80% coverage gates. Release jobs promote the exact checksum-verified root/native tarballs that passed consumer checks rather than repacking at publication. Version 0.2.1 leaves the older failed 0.2.0 tag intact.
Local validation passes 1,515 tests in 91 files, with coverage S90.88%, B80.05%, F94.21%, L92.20%; all gates remain 80%. The container builds and passes CLI, Chromium rendering, SDK, API health and OpenAPI smoke checks. Validation also includes the full test/coverage suite, lint/format/type/build and dependency audits, isolated XLSX checks, all five native installed-package startup checks, clean root CLI/SDK/API/MCP consumer checks and GEO output validation. GEO proof comprises 24 controlled cases, three completed external audits and 70 selected field comparisons on ten pages of aviary-rs.com. These support technical observations; they do not establish factual content quality or predictive AI citations. Fresh run results and release receipts are tracked in the CI artifacts.
