Describe the bug

Trying to dump and load user IDs.
Loaded assets OK, but relaunch immediately hung chasing its tail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download and install RoboTutor.
2. Launch RoboTutor directly (not via FaceLogin). It starts up normally with activity menu. Exit.
3. Relaunch RoboTutor directly. It hangs.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen: proceed to activity menu

Actual behavior
A clear and concise description of how the code performed w.r.t expectations: HANG chasing tail
