Renames the quantile-model metrics report and updates reporting generation and required-artifact validation, preserving the original numeric table.
Validation: modified Python modules compile successfully under available local Python. Full Python 3.12 research replay and frozen ledger reconciliation have not been performed; retain this PR as draft until those checks pass.
