How to aquire new versions?

How did you actually get the fw packages? I have some in a database (https://quest.minopia.de/fw/) but i would prefer to use something like an official manifest if that exists.

I believe they've all come from a Facebook CDN link like this one. No idea how or where these links are sourced, probably in a developer chat or direct from an Oculus employee
