Summary

  • migrate the remaining QMCPy articles into self-contained Quarto posts, completing the 18-post archive
  • preserve the visible source content of 17 posts while retaining the approved living-article revisions to Why Add Q to MC?
  • use one last-revised date per post, label it Last revised, and sort the blog archive by that value
  • include all 48 local blog images, reviewed categories, representative covers, and responsive handling for figures and long code blocks
  • update the blog index, Quarto resources, migration plan, and project status

Impact

The QMCSoftware site now contains the complete QMCPy blog archive instead of only the two sample posts. Technical documentation and executable notebooks remain in their maintained QMCPy locations.

Validation

  • complete Quarto render: 30 pages generated successfully
  • metadata audit: 18/18 titles, authors, last-revised dates, categories, and covers passed
  • content audit: 17/17 source-preserving posts passed; Why Add Q to MC? retained the separately approved revised version
  • rendered-site audit: 18/18 posts passed with the Last revised label and descending chronology
  • all 48 source and rendered images present
  • local link-target audit passed
  • browser audit of all 18 posts passed: one title per page, no broken loaded images, no leaked migration markup, and no page-level horizontal overflow
  • rendered CNAME remains qmcsoftware.org
