Cloning the source code of Pycon/site and customizing it for our usecase

Helllo everyone so I and someone are currently working on this https://github.com/pythonghana/pycons-site/tree/johanan and i think we can clone the source code and customize it. we are inn the process of converting it into a package and i think we can use it for the site. @hbutau @ronnzw @bornie21 @Kudzmat @JustNunuz @cliff688 @tzinadah
