…age (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoCTI#121) - database/examples/samples.py: index the dataset before .cti (each fit is a FactorGraphModel with one entry per dataset), with a prose note; the with_paths example is switched off until a PyAutoFit shared-prior path bug is fixed (it is filed separately) - database/examples/models.py: CTIAgg gives one CTI per dataset for these fits; use the first (the model is shared) - results/examples/samples.py: errors are returned as lists (as_instance=False) and printed. As an instance they broke the ordered-timescale assertion under a real sampler, and the old code printed an unrelated instance. - smoke_tests.txt: + database/start_here.py, database/examples/samples.py, results/examples/samples.py (6/6 pass under both profile_smoke and profile_release) - notebooks regenerated for the 3 scripts Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The dataset_1d results and database examples run end-to-end again. Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoCTI#121 (cti-upkeep phase 3). Library half: PyAutoLabs/PyAutoCTI#122, merged.
