…utoHands#332) - generate.py autocti now works (PyAutoHands registers autocti in COLAB_PROJECTS): all 79 notebooks regenerated with the Colab setup cell, the 18 stray 'Finish.' cells gone, 4 orphan README.rst removed (their script folders no longer exist) - black scripts/ (6 files), as pre_build does at release time - config/build/profile_release.yaml for the release.yml smoke run, with PYAUTO_FAST_PLOTS=0 until the fits_fit missing-directory bug is fixed - AGENTS.md: notebook regeneration is no longer blocked Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
