An adopting researcher can now render an empty, independently named Scientist using
--instance, then connect projects and selected organ boards through explicit configuration. The profile resolves repository identities from Mind, selects its own project file and contacts no feeds when its organ map is empty. Omitted organs stay absent; connected organs with invalid evidence remain unavailable.Scripts Changed

67 Scientist Python tests; 7 Node tests; 98 companion Brain board/theme tests; strict Sphinx. 12 starter/connected browser cases at 390/768/1440 in light/dark, foreign-instance cache reproduction and no-JavaScript disclosure. Existing dashboard six responsive/theme cases plus no-JavaScript passed. Empty preview and live six-project configuration validate offline. Independent review findings fixed and re-reviewed. Heart STALE solely for absent current-source release rehearsal.
Refs #61, scientist-adoption-pilot. This is a local preview foundation, not a full Mind/harness bootstrap, organ activation flow or independent publishing setup. Existing configuration and records are not rewritten. Merge companion Brain PR first. Judge tier: human
