• batches/AGENTS.md — the brief's optional worker-mode: (auto default, the human's 2026-11-03 decision; dontAsk / acceptEdits allowed; bypassPermissions refused) and sandbox: (yes marks a test shift; real workers need it until phase 3c's one-Mind-writer path lands).

Tier: judge — merge mode: human /prm. Heart YELLOW reason set acknowledged by the human at ship.
