What changes

• batches/examples/shift_brief_example.md — the shift brief from batches/AGENTS.md with real values, the fixture bin/pyauto-brain batch brief --check is witnessed against; batches/examples/README.md says it is not a record.
• tests/test_lifecycle_check.py — test_shift_brief_examples_are_not_batch_records: a record-shaped file under batches/examples/ produces no batch record, no member drift and no calibration warning (batch_records already globs batches/*.md only; the test pins it).

Tier: glance — merge mode: auto-merge on green if the Witness passes (human-approved plan 2026-11-03; Heart YELLOW reason set acknowledged by the human at ship).
