Cluster arc phase 8c (PyAutoGalaxy#692). Re-exports PyAutoGalaxy's
plot_magnification_uncertainty_2dandmagnification_fractional_error_2d_fromthroughautolens.plot, so the per-pixel fractional magnification error over posterior draws (LEGGOS II figure 4) is available for tracers.Depends on PyAutoLabs/PyAutoGalaxy#693 — merge that first.
