feat(batch): readable shift digest picks + shadow row measures the human baseline - #580

…man baseline (#579) Picks keep the prompt title, size and repos and are named title-first with a link to the prompt; why: adds the planner's real ranking (queue.md position, or review-min/priority, then path, plus epic phase). A shadow digest prints its all-zero counters as one line, and a shadow pilot row leaves merges for the human (their own merges in the window). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
