_cites_memory() gates on ORGANISM_REPOS (category: organ in repos.yaml); write_prompt skips the Memory query for organ targets. Library targets with digest hits still get the line. …ta seam versions/community/resume were retired from collect() in 41ec5c5, so no script needs its own seam; upkeep (the only live GitHub leg left) gets a named endpoint that is both its gh api path and its --github-data key. Fixture-driven test: zero unread legs with data injected; a null reads as 'open-issue count unavailable', never 0. Gatherer skill and contract updated. install.sh passes --root before the names; parse_args() had already bound the nargs='*' positional, so every named check/write errored. parse_intermixed_args. test_skill_install.py: 10 failed -> 22 passed.
