chore: drop legacy CLAUDE.md patterns from clone and regroup #494
Description
Overview
PyAutoBrain#493 kept CLAUDE.md / scripts/CLAUDE.md as tolerated-legacy file patterns in the Clone Agent's framework profile and kept the root CLAUDE.md in regroup_workspace.py's rewritten-config list, because the assistants still tracked scripts/CLAUDE.md pointers. The PyAutoMind#482 session_hook_propagate removal waves (root run 37627261984, nested run 37631942996) have now removed every CLAUDE.md pointer; the four assistants track no file named CLAUDE.md. This drops the legacy patterns, completing the "no file in PyAutoBrain names CLAUDE.md" done-when of PyAutoBrain#492.
Plan
- Remove the legacy
CLAUDE.md/scripts/CLAUDE.mdpatterns (and their comment) from the clone framework profile in_clone.py. - Remove the root
CLAUDE.mdentry and theCLAUDE.mdname test frombin/regroup_workspace.py's config rewrite. - Re-word the Memory test fixture that plants a leftover
wiki/CLAUDE.mdso it no longer presents CLAUDE.md as an existing file (keep its guard: a per-tool adapter never displaceswiki/AGENTS.md). - Prove
check_boundary.pyfrom this branch still passes against all four assistant checkouts (autolens, autogalaxy, autofit, autocti). - Brain suite green in a clean shell.

Scope
PyAutoBrain#493 kept CLAUDE.md as a tolerated-legacy file pattern in
agents/conductors/clone/_clone.py and bin/regroup_workspace.py, because the
assistants' scripts/CLAUDE.md pointers still exist and their
clone-boundary.yml CI would fail on unclassified files. Once the PyAutoMind#482
propagation wave (and the nested-pointer follow-up) has removed those files,
drop the legacy patterns and their tests.
Done when
No file in PyAutoBrain names CLAUDE.md as a thing that exists; Brain suite
green; the assistants' clone-boundary.yml still passes.
