Align chapter summaries and current-course navigation with the five-lesson pixelization chapter. Regenerate notebooks from Python sources and the corrected Galaxy assistant, refreshing embedded teaching guidance as well as notebook bodies.

• Independent source review.
• Smoke: n/a under AUTONOMY.md docs-only applicability; executable notebook code is unchanged.
• Heart: latest readiness is STALE solely because no release rehearsal exists for current source. This is a development PR, not a release.

Dependencies and scope

Merge PyAutoLabs/autogalaxy_assistant#43 first so future notebook generation preserves this guidance. No library API change is required.
