sticker search doesn't return results for custom sticker packs

Describe the bug

just as it says in the title

Reproduction

1. add an emoji pack with the "use globally" checkbox
2. click the stickers button in chat
3. try to search for an emoji from the custom pack

Expected behavior

No response

OS: Kubuntu 22.04
Browser: Google Chrome 120.0.6099.62
Pony House Version: 1.3.28

with more testing it does work but only for certain stickers, foal party has a bunch of stickers with names such as sticker-izzywave and search "sticker" or "izzy" or "izzywave" or even "sticker-izzywave" doesn't make it show up in the search results

Does this only happen with new stickers added to your account or with all stickers? Refresh and try again.
If the problem continues, this is a new issue. If the problem disappears, I already know what the issue is, I just haven't finished fixing it yet.
