coverage: fpo-policy's square cells from E37 - #19

plugrl-server E37 fine-tuned a behaviour-cloned fpo-policy on square. Under DPPO it learns: success went from 0.37-0.41 to 0.78-0.80 on 3 of 3 seeds, so that cell turns green. Under our FPO it falls, from 0.52-0.55 to 0.26-0.39. That cell stays "runs", and its note says the fall is our defect, which we are still tracing. Both clips now come from E37's final checkpoints. coverage.json and the grid still are regenerated.

This moves fpo-policy's two square cells onto E37 (PlugRL/plugrl-server#89, figure #90). Merge after those.
