docs: a compact still of the coverage grid for the READMEs - #16

The previous still was a screenshot of this page, whose cells stack a note and links under each clip, so at README width every cell was a tall strip. This one is composed by plugrl-server's figures/coverage/grid_still.py: the still, status border and label and the seeds' curves only, rows labelled on the left, near-square cells, 1516x1276. Same path, so both READMEs pick it up without a change.
